What you will do
- Collaborate with regional sales leaders to align marketing strategies with pipeline and revenue goals.
- Design and execute targeted ABM programs for new business accounts using personalized, multi-touch campaigns.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver multi-channel programs including email, webinars, direct mail, digital ads, and field events.
- Plan and host high-impact regional events to drive mid-funnel engagement and accelerate sales cycles.
- Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across channels and accounts using data-driven insights.
- Ensure tight coordination with Sales on campaign execution, lead follow-up, and feedback loops.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing, with a strong background in field marketing and ABM.
- Proven success in building and executing demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue.
- Experience with marketing technologies including Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams and functions.
- Willingness to travel (~20–25%) required.
