TL;DR

Focus on strategic partnership with sales, designing personalized multi-touch campaigns, and leveraging marketing technologies for execution and tracking.

Location: Remote, US Central states (Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin). Expect 20-25% travel.

Salary: $70,000–$210,000 USD annual base salary.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders to align marketing strategies with pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Design and execute targeted ABM programs for new business accounts using personalized, multi-touch campaigns.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver multi-channel programs including email, webinars, direct mail, digital ads, and field events.
  • Plan and host high-impact regional events to drive mid-funnel engagement and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across channels and accounts using data-driven insights.
  • Ensure tight coordination with Sales on campaign execution, lead follow-up, and feedback loops.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing, with a strong background in field marketing and ABM.
  • Proven success in building and executing demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience with marketing technologies including Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams and functions.
  • Willingness to travel (~20–25%) required.
