What you will do
- Formulate and execute a sales strategy plan to drive revenue growth for your assigned territory.
- Identify, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline by collaborating with internal teams.
- Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.
- Build strong, effective, and trusted relationships with customers at Executive, IT leadership, and Developer levels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying software sales experience to enterprise customers in a fast-paced and competitive market.
- Ability to build and execute an Account Plan to close net new logo opportunities.
- A proven track record of meeting and overachieving sales targets.
- Exceptional communication skills to present the business value of complex solutions.
- A consultative and value-based approach to selling open source software for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments.
- Fluent in English.
