TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Life Science): Driving strategic revenue growth within a focused portfolio of the largest and most complex enterprises in the DACH region with an accent on securing multi-year relationships and aligning hirify.global’s strategic value with C-level vision. Focus on penetrating accounts through outbound motion, managing complex negotiations, and coordinating internal resources for strategic account plans.

Location: Hybrid in Munich, Berlin, Cologne, or Hamburg, Germany, with required office attendance twice a week.

What you will do

  • Manage an exclusive portfolio of 5-10 Named Accounts within the ENT DACH segment.
  • Execute a pure outbound motion to penetrate, secure, and deepen relationships within these accounts.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to prospects and customers, aligning with their long-term vision.
  • Establish credibility and influence decision-making at the C-level.
  • Define and execute comprehensive multi-year account strategies, driving expansion across multiple use cases.
  • Drive complex negotiations, structuring sophisticated deals that maximize long-term mutual value.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of successful closing experience in complex, high-value enterprise software or SaaS sales.
  • 5+ years of dedicated Enterprise (ENT) experience, specifically managing and expanding large, strategic accounts.
  • Prior experience in a similar external-facing Internal ENT AE / external ENT AE / Strategic AE role is required.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding quota in roles focused on deep account penetration and multi-year contract structuring.
  • Exceptional negotiation and deal-structuring skills, with experience managing multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes.
  • High degree of autonomy, discipline, and strategic thinking required to manage a small, highly valuable account list.

Nice to have

  • Preference for experience in a relevant industry (e.g., MarTech, CX, Content/Data platforms).
