What you will do

• Define success metrics to measure customer proof coverage, advocacy participation, referral influence, and revenue impact.
• Build and scale a structured case study and testimonial pipeline, including executive-level customer interviews.
• Lead customer webinars and thought leadership, shaping strong narratives.
• Design and scale a lifecycle-driven advocacy motion.
• Oversee customer communications to ensure messaging is aligned and value-driven.
• Support revenue teams by embedding customer proof into new logo and expansion deals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, lifecycle marketing, or revenue marketing within B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated success building programs that lead to measurable business outcomes.
• Strong executive interviewing and storytelling skills.
• Experience leading customer webinars or executive-facing content initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring influence and improving performance over time.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining strategic clarity.
