What you will do

• Proactively analyze the "why" behind user behavior, feature usage, and new product launch performance.
• Create KPIs and dashboards to monitor key revenue and monetization product performance, recommending optimizations.
• Leverage data visualization and communication skills to present complex analytical findings in clear business terms.
• Partner with Product, Revenue, and Finance teams to manage the analytics backlog and prioritize workload based on ROI.
• Analyze A/B and multivariate tests for ads products and advocate for proper experimental design and testing.
• Storytell interesting trends across the user base and traffic patterns to diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of analytics experience.
• Demonstrable experience influencing a product roadmap.
• Proficiency in SQL (s3/Athena, Snowflake, Big Query).
• Knowledge of dashboarding tools like Tableau, Superset, Google Sheets, and Excel.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and statistical significance techniques (t-test, ANOVA, correlation).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to articulate and present insights.

Nice to have

• Experience with ad-supported products and ad tech concepts (RPM, eCPM, GAM/Ad Manager, Prebid, SSPs).
• Experience working in scrum teams in an agile environment.
