What you will do
- Own the full delivery of large-scale government implementations, including strategy, planning, stakeholder management, and technical execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior agency executives, aligning goals and resolving risks.
- Engage effectively across all levels of agency partners with an adapted communication style.
- Translate product capabilities and technical architecture into fully implemented and configured solutions.
- Consult and help implement change management strategies for agency partners.
- Drive accountability across internal and external teams, ensuring clear communication and steady momentum.
- Contribute to the development of scalable systems and frameworks for the PMO’s enterprise implementation model.
- Provide strategic implementation expertise during the pre-sales process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in consulting, SaaS implementation, and/or government systems.
- Willing and able to travel regularly for on-site work with government partners across the U.S.
- Demonstrated strength in critical problem solving and decision-making in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
- Technical fluency and a strong understanding of how software is configured and deployed, including integrations, architecture, and data flows.
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with child welfare, health and human services, or similar domains.
- Comfort operating in a high-growth startup environment.

- Formal certification in project and/or change management (e.g., PMP, Prosci).
