TL;DR

Enterprise Engagement Lead (Social Services): Leading the end-to-end delivery of large-scale software implementations for public sector partners, ensuring successful adoption and transformation of social services. Focus on strategic planning, stakeholder management, technical execution, and developing scalable implementation practices.

Location: Hybrid role, with a strong preference for candidates based in the Bay Area for in-person collaboration on designated office days (Mondays and Thursdays). This role also requires regular travel to customer sites across the U.S., averaging two on-site visits per month.

Salary: $205,000–$255,000 annually, plus equity.

What you will do

  • Own the full delivery of large-scale government implementations, including strategy, planning, stakeholder management, and technical execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior agency executives, aligning goals and resolving risks.
  • Engage effectively across all levels of agency partners with an adapted communication style.
  • Translate product capabilities and technical architecture into fully implemented and configured solutions.
  • Consult and help implement change management strategies for agency partners.
  • Drive accountability across internal and external teams, ensuring clear communication and steady momentum.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable systems and frameworks for the PMO’s enterprise implementation model.
  • Provide strategic implementation expertise during the pre-sales process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in consulting, SaaS implementation, and/or government systems.
  • Willing and able to travel regularly for on-site work with government partners across the U.S.
  • Demonstrated strength in critical problem solving and decision-making in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
  • Technical fluency and a strong understanding of how software is configured and deployed, including integrations, architecture, and data flows.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with child welfare, health and human services, or similar domains.
  • Comfort operating in a high-growth startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Formal certification in project and/or change management (e.g., PMP, Prosci).
