What you will do

• Act as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for enterprise customers post-sale.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Solutions, Data) to deliver high-impact projects on time.
• Translate complex business problems into workflows and product configurations, becoming a subject-matter expert in the hirify.global platform.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to build strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders and core users.
• Identify new opportunities for product expansion and adoption within customer accounts and gather feedback for product development.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in tech consulting, tech implementation, or customer-facing roles at high-growth B2B SaaS startups or enterprises.
• Demonstrated team leadership in various situations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
• Technical foundation to communicate challenges and solutions to engineers and customers, especially in applied AI.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder expectations in fast-changing environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI at scale in an enterprise context.
• Domain expertise in the financial services industry (banking, insurance, lending, payments).
• Strong analytical skills and a hands-on mentality.
• Knowledge of APIs and basics of Python and SQL.
