Salary: $137,900 - $184,500 USD

What you will do

• Manage a team of Enterprise Implementation Consultants, driving multiple implementation projects.
• Partner with EICs to ensure efficient and thorough completion of each implementation phase, ensuring client success.
• Conduct weekly status meetings with client stakeholders and executive management.
• Manage client escalations, developing solutions to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Foster a collaborative culture within the team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Act as a thought partner to senior leadership in the development and prioritization of long-term strategies.

Requirements

• At least 7-10 years of relevant work experience in managing a team, client relationships, project management, and/or SaaS implementation.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Proven track record of being exceptionally detail-oriented while managing multiple projects.
• Ability to think proactively and address roadblocks.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills.
