Location: Onsite in Washington, PA, USA

Salary: $25-30/hr + commission

What you will do

  • Provide an exceptional consultative sales experience to in-store customers.
  • Effectively communicate hirify.global' unique offering and mission to prospective customers.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and conversion methods.
  • Provide guidance and support for customers throughout each stage of their hearing journey.
  • Become a product expert in hearing aids, hearing loss, and hearing health.
  • Provide basic customer support and insights to operations, sales, and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • English: B2 required
  • 2 years of experience in retail sales.
  • Effective at driving store traffic and promoting products.
  • Strong customer service skills with a consultative approach.
  • Consistently drives for results and is adaptable and eager to learn.
