TL;DR

Growth Marketing Manager (Healthtech/AI): Running a high-velocity, full-funnel growth engine with an accent on acquisition, experimentation, and cross-functional orchestration. Focus on expanding campaigns, integrating brand with performance, and designing growth instrumentation for a B2B SaaS company.

Location: Full-time hybrid (3x/week) position in our Mountain View, CA headquarters.

Salary: $140K – $160K + Equity

What you will do

  • Own full-funnel acquisition across paid, organic, partnerships, referral, and ABM.
  • Stand up a rigorous experimentation program to drive rapid learning and scale winners.
  • Execute a friction-free path from demand to pipeline, defining ICPs, messaging, and sales handoff.
  • Translate brand narrative into performance assets that inspire and convert, ensuring consistent positioning.
  • Design the growth instrumentation end-to-end, partnering with RevOps/Analytics for data hygiene and attribution.
  • Manage agencies/contractors with clear operating models and performance expectations.

Requirements

  • Senior-level, hands-on experience running integrated growth programs in B2B SaaS.
  • Adept in both creative work and analytics.
  • Excel at influencing without authority, aligning cross-functional leaders, and driving decisions quickly.
  • A systems thinker who can design scalable processes, taxonomies, and operating cadences.
  • Bias toward action, shipping, learning, and iterating while maintaining high brand standards.

Nice to have

  • Built ABM motions in partnership with Enterprise/Mid-Market Sales.
  • Orchestrated product-led and sales-led motions in parallel.
  • Partnered with data science/analytics on incrementality testing or advanced attribution.
  • Scaled performance creative systems across channels.
