TL;DR
Senior Product Manager, Growth (Healthcare): Defining the strategy for user acquisition and reactivation across web and mobile, with an accent on establishing new sustainable growth channels that scale. Focus on building multi-channel D2C acquisition programs and optimizing existing acquisition channels.
Location: NYC-based candidates only (expectation to work in-person 3-4 days per week, with some remote flexibility)

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end experience to help new patients discover and get started with , across our website and mobile app.
- Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to optimize our existing acquisition channels.
- Test and validate entirely new acquisition channels (e.g. patient communities, external partnerships, app-led acquisition, etc.).
- Partner with sales to streamline how patients referred to get started with a dietitian.
- Own success metrics including signup conversion rate, new channel efficiency, and patient reactivation rate.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with measurable success in growth-focused roles.
- Experience in new user acquisition and onboarding.
- Built or scaled multi-channel D2C acquisition programs across growth marketing, product-led growth, SEO/AEO, ASO, referrals, and lifecycle.
- Expert at building a clear strategy out of complex data.
- Deeply understand customers, and know when to trust qualitative feedback over data alone.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for this position.
