What you will do

• Architect and implement robust, scalable, and highly available backend systems.
• Build and maintain services from initial model design to production support.
• Ensure code quality, participate in code reviews, and mentor peers.
• Tackle complex engineering problems like microservices decomposition and large-scale data migrations.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and tracing to ensure system health and reliability.
• Collaborate with DevOps, product managers, and other engineers for smooth integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java/Kotlin and the Spring framework ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Experience in designing, building, and maintaining REST APIs.
• Track record of delivering scalable and maintainable systems.
• Experience with observability tools (logging, monitoring, tracing).
