TL;DR
Commercial Strategy Lead (Healthcare): Shaping and executing go-to-market strategies with health plans and employers with an accent on pricing, reimbursement, and value-based care. Focus on designing strategic approaches for new market entry and commercializing emerging products.
Location: Hybrid (NYC Flatiron office 3-4 days/week with some remote flexibility). Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

What you will do
- Own contracting strategy and execution across payer partnerships.
- Build and manage pricing forecasts and negotiation strategies, reporting insights to leadership.
- Operationalize payer relationships in collaboration with internal teams.
- Advance value-based care strategy and alternative payment models.
- Partner cross-functionally with teams (e.g., Strategic Finance, Partnerships) to align goals.
- Commercialize emerging products by defining contracting and pricing strategies.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategy, or operations roles at high-growth companies.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for synthesizing complex insights into recommendations.
- Self-starter with high bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to dive into details.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Passion for improving healthcare access and outcomes through innovation and scale.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for this position.
