Salary: Base salary of $175,000–$200,000 plus bonus

What you will do

• Lead the partnership lifecycle for an anchor health system, acting as a consultative advisor to executive and clinical stakeholders.
• Develop agentic AI strategies and roadmaps, mapping clinical priorities to Trase's capabilities.
• Build ROI frameworks and business cases for AI use cases based on real clinical data.
• Navigate legal, procurement, and IT governance processes within large medical center ecosystems.
• Structure and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs) with measurable milestones.
• Drive cultural adoption of AI workflows through a custom change management playbook.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in healthcare consulting, clinical operations, or health-tech commercial roles.
• Foundational knowledge of clinical and administrative healthcare workflows.
• Experience with healthcare data and technical integrations, including EHR systems like Epic and Cerner.
• Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder deals in academic medical centers or integrated delivery networks.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Durham, NC area.

• Direct clinical experience (e.g., practicing physician, nurse, or clinical researcher).
