TL;DR

Customer Success Executive (Healthcare): Serve as embedded partner within client health systems, owning post-sale execution including workflow discovery, solution configuration, rollout, and adoption with an accent on clinical operations and nursing workflows. Focus on building relationships across staff and executives, training teams, tracking metrics for patient outcomes and efficiencies, and collaborating with internal product and engineering teams.

Location: Onsite in Akron, OH with five days per week at client site and occasional travel to headquarters in Palo Alto, CA. Must satisfy client credentialing requirements including drug screening and proof of vaccinations/immunizations.

What you will do

  • Serve as dedicated lead for key clients, driving outcomes through regular onsite collaboration and relationship building.
  • Own post-sale delivery: workflow discovery, solution configuration, rollout, and adoption in nursing and clinical operations.
  • Lead product implementations aligned with clinical workflows and train healthcare staff for sustained success.
  • Identify AI-driven workflow improvements for bedside care and operations.
  • Manage client relationships, track success metrics like adoption rates and efficiencies, and present results to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay feedback and influence product roadmap; share best practices at conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university.
  • 5+ years health systems experience in customer success, account management, or project management.
  • Experience leading complex onsite implementations in clinical/operational healthcare environments.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills from front-line staff to executives.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements.
  • Project management skills for multiple onsite workstreams; comfortable operating autonomously.

Nice to have

  • Experience deploying/scaling AI, digital health, or SaaS in healthcare.
  • Advanced knowledge of healthcare workflows and compliance.
  • Background in healthcare consulting or system-wide implementations.
  • Experience presenting outcomes at conferences or executive forums.
