What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation to close with SMB merchants.
- Engage with and convert warm inbound leads from marketing, partnerships, and product interest.
- Supplement your pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and demand generation.
- Efficiently qualify, demo, and close deals while managing time and priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Understand customer pain points and deliver value-based, consultative solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and accurately track and forecast your pipeline in Salesforce to exceed revenue goals.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of inside sales or full-cycle closing experience, ideally in a SaaS, payments, or SMB-focused environment.
- Proven ability to exceed quota and close business in a high-volume, short-cycle sales motion.
- Strong phone, video, and written communication skills to build trust and move deals forward.
- Possess a hunter's mindset focused on disciplined outbound outreach.
- Demonstrate curiosity and empathy to uncover customer needs and position the right solution.
- CRM fluency (Salesforce) and a data-driven approach to activity management.
