Location: Primarily based in Denver, CO, and must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Provider Partnerships Managers (PPMs) to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Hire, train, and onboard new team members.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, 1:1s, and virtual/in-person "ride-alongs" to provide feedback and surface best practices.
  • Implement performance management processes and foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
  • Manage your own book of business simultaneously with leading your team.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. for this position.
  • Proven track record in healthcare sales or business development.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably at a high-growth startup.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and process management skills.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data and data tooling (specifically Salesforce) to inform strategy.
  • Aptitude for learning new systems and comfortable with ambiguity.
