TL;DR

Provider Partnerships Manager (Territory Sales Manager) (Medtech): Grow patient referrals to hirify.global by building relationships with healthcare providers and their teams with an accent on field engagement and spotting opportunities. Focus on fostering long-term relationships with clinic staff and shaping the Provider Partnerships function.

Location: Must be located in Columbia, Maryland.

What you will do

  • Spend 5 days per week in the field, meeting with providers.
  • Proactively research, prospect, and identify new provider partners.
  • Build trust and credibility with leads, converting them into referral partners.
  • Develop long-term relationships with providers and clinic staff.
  • Contribute to growth by refining processes and sharing best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven success in a provider-facing field sales role (pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to independently build and grow a territory from the ground up.
  • Ability to influence and connect across the entire office, from physicians to staff.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
  • Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for this position.
