What you will do
- Own and strengthen relationships with major banking and financial services clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Lead regular governance and performance forums, clearly articulating outcomes and insights.
- Proactively manage issues and expectations to ensure high client satisfaction and delivery against contractual commitments.
- Lead and support client-facing change initiatives, including product enhancements and process improvements.
- Identify opportunities to expand the scope and value of services through cross-selling and strategic engagement.
- Work closely with operations, product, risk, finance, and technology teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in account or relationship management within financial services, banking, insurance, or similar regulated industries.
- Proven experience managing large, complex, or strategic client portfolios.
- Strong capability in interpreting performance data and translating it into meaningful insights for senior stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of governance frameworks, reporting cycles, and compliance obligations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Advanced communication skills, including report writing and executive-level presentations.
