What you will do
- Proactively reach out to existing customers to promote hirify.global's financial services offering.
- Provide high levels of service and use effective sales techniques to drive awareness and adoption of hirify.global Capital.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and identify financial service opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize growth within your book of business.
- Achieve sales targets by providing exceptional advice and service and coordinating with regional leaders.
- Provide regular feedback and act as the voice of the merchant to business leaders.
Requirements
- Sales experience, preferably selling a financial service product, with a track record of high performance for several years.
- Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
- Ability to use Salesforce.com and other technologies to manage and organize pipeline.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage and build solid partnerships both internally and externally.
- Ability to work collaboratively and closely with adjacent teams, forging positive relationships.
