Location: Primarily based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia, with flexibility to work remotely for up to 60 days per year from anywhere in the world.

What you will do
- Proactively engage existing customers to promote financial services offerings.
- Provide high levels of service and effective sales techniques to drive awareness and adoption of hirify.global Capital for merchants.
- Build trusted advisor relationships and identify financial service opportunities within your book of business.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Employ effective business development & relationship management techniques within the assigned territory.
- Provide merchant feedback to business leaders and understand the risk-based nature of Merchant Capital Advances.
Requirements
- Sales experience, preferably selling a financial service product, with a track record of high performance for several years running.
- Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
- Ability to use Salesforce.com and other technologies to manage and organize pipeline.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage and build solid partnerships both internally and externally.
- Ability to work collaboratively and closely with adjacent teams.
- English: B2 required.
