Senior Client Partner (Sales & Service): Leading multi-year account strategies and growing the Sales & Service business for hirify.global Digital's largest accounts in ANZ with an accent on building CXO relationships, commercial acumen, and complex enterprise sales. Focus on connecting market dynamics to long-term strategy and delivering predictable business performance.

Location: Hybrid in Australia (Melbourne or Sydney). Must be based in or able to work from hirify.global Digital’s Melbourne office.

What you will do

  • Lead multi-year account strategies and execute plans to drive growth, market share, and customer impact for hirify.global Digital's largest accounts in ANZ.
  • Collaborate closely with various hirify.global teams, including Consulting, Digital Delivery, and Customer Success, to ensure superior customer value.
  • Build and nurture multi-threaded senior-level client and industry networks to shape pipeline and growth opportunities.
  • Develop compelling proposals and pitch decks that link Sales & Service product propositions to customer value with clear ROI.
  • Lead sales process excellence across forecasting, territory, and account planning cadences, consistently achieving key performance expectations.
  • Deliver regular product briefings to senior client stakeholders, identifying clients for early adopter programs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B sales, with 8+ years in key account management capacity, preferably in SaaS or digital solution and consulting environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to construct value-based commercial proposals and pitches.
  • Proven success managing large, complex enterprise sales cycles and delivering against ambitious targets.
  • Extensive knowledge of the business/economic environment and the digital marketplace, with strategic insight to connect trends and customer needs.
  • Deep familiarity with sales methodologies such as Miller Heiman or frameworks like MEDDICC.
  • Strong Salesforce rigor and discipline for pipeline management, forecasting, and data hygiene.
