What you will do

  • Design and scale revenue operations processes across lead generation, pipeline management, forecasting, and compensation for UK growth.
  • Analyze and optimize the end-to-end sales lifecycle, providing consultative support to increase productivity and conversion.
  • Lead the adoption and governance of CRM and enablement technologies, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Build and deliver onboarding and ongoing capability programs, identifying skill gaps and deploying targeted training.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, process enhancements, and tool implementations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue enablement, sales operations, or related roles, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through enablement programs and process optimization.
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing alignment, sales methodologies, and best practices.
  • Expertise in sales enablement technologies, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and sales performance management platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
