What you will do
- Design and own the global Sales Enablement roadmap, aligning with financial targets across US, UK, and EU markets.
- Lead the development and delivery of comprehensive onboarding and continuous learning programs.
- Partner with Marketing and Product to create localized sales collateral and playbooks for US and European markets.
- Standardize sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger) across business units for a consistent approach.
- Own the enablement tech stack, ensuring integration with the global CRM and measuring program impact across time zones.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness, providing executive visibility into sales productivity and pipeline health.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or GTM strategy in a global or multi-region capacity (US/EMEA).
- Proven track record of building and scaling enablement programs in a B2B, SaaS, or marketplace environment across international borders.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies and experience implementing them across enterprise and mid-market segments.
- International Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the unique sales cycles and business cultures of the US, UK, and European markets.
- Strong leadership background with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across different time zones.
- Expertise in curriculum design and data-driven performance analysis.
