What you will do
- Design and manage global GMV and revenue planning, ensuring forecasting accuracy.
- Oversee marketplace supply and dealer lifecycle operations, utilizing data and AI for onboarding and health monitoring.
- Manage Private Office (VIP) go-to-market strategies, optimizing lead routing and conversion.
- Lead CRM and sales tooling adoption, including the rollout of a global CRM and piloting AI-enabled Sales Ops use cases.
- Conduct executive sales reporting and translate complex data into narratives.
- Design territories, quotas, and incentive plans to drive quality and long-term value.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Sales / Revenue Operations.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tooling.
- Data-fluent with a strong interest in AI for Sales Operations.
- Strong executive communication skills.
- Must be based remotely in the UK.
