What you will do

• Lead and manage a team responsible for installing hirify.global products for new and existing customers.
• Coordinate internal services and customer dependencies to ensure successful, on-schedule implementations.
• Facilitate communication between clients and the internal team, managing issues, and making final project-related decisions.
• Determine resource allocation, define project plans, and manage change throughout projects.
• Provide member support, troubleshoot data accuracy issues, and solve problems.
• Coordinate client meetings, training sessions, and escalate important technological issues for resolution.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of applicable experience in implementation and support.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Proven success in information systems implementation and support.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Experience in the healthcare industry (5+ years preferred).
• Prior experience implementing or supporting Epic or Cerner software systems.
• Prior experience implementing products with AI-driven models.
