Contract Analyst

TL;DR

Contract Analyst: Creating high-standard, reliable analytic deliverables to support membership value and revenue opportunities with an accent on optimizing GPO, clinical tools, and services. Focus on identifying and resolving data/tool issues, supporting analytics model development, and driving contract penetration.

Location: This is an in-person opportunity 4 days a week onsite in New York City.

Salary: $62,000–$93,000

What you will do

• Create high-quality, member-ready analytic deliverables to support members and revenue generation.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and assist with issue resolution for data and tool-related problems.
• Conduct routine analytics to demonstrate the value of Premier contracts and drive contract penetration.
• Act as an expert on Supply Chain ITS tools, including data collection, uploading, management, and manipulation.
• Support the development of evolving analytics models to enhance performance optimization and member outcomes.
• Provide insights related to data quality, performance improvement, and technology enhancements.

Requirements

• Work Experience: 2 or more years of applicable experience.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Intermediate/Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information, reconcile conflicts, and understand underlying needs.
• Familiarity with Advanced Business Intelligence tools or data pulls.
• In-depth understanding and knowledge of Premier data sources.
• Ability to organize large amounts of data and cope with rapidly changing information.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in healthcare and IT environment.
• Familiarity with Sourcing strategy and ability to integrate with analytics.
