What you will do

• Analyze medical and surgical products to identify cost savings and operational enhancements.
• Create and manage financial spend analysis and supply chain operations reports using MS Office Suite.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary Value Analysis teams and clinicians to ensure value-based utilization of products and services.
• Develop project plans, meeting agendas, and data presentations for leadership.
• Coordinate product evaluations and document the financial, quality, and service success of the value analysis process.
• Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to fellow analysts to ensure high-quality analytical outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (indicated by 401k and health insurance benefits)
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of combined clinical experience in a hospital setting with direct Value Analysis experience in an IDN or large system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project).
• Experience analyzing healthcare processes to improve patient outcomes.

Nice to have

• SQL experience.
• CVAHP Intermediate analytical/financial capacity.
• Experience within a consulting firm or healthcare provider supply chain.
