Location: Remote

Salary: $52,000 - $78,000

What you will do

• Design, develop and implement monthly and ad-hoc analytics and processes to identify and assess Key Performance Metrics.
• Create and review data assessment methodologies that can be used to streamline customer data management processes.
• Assist with the creation of member-facing educational content to support adoption of technology.
• Assist with ad hoc processes/projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Years of Applicable Experience - 0 or more years
• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Must be currently enrolled in a full-time degree program and returning to the program after the completion of the internship
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s (MA, MS, MBA) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Statistics, healthcare or related discipline
• Remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time
• Be adaptive and change priorities quickly; meet deadlines

• High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc)
• SQL experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
