TL;DR

Incubation Program Manager (Business Development): Guiding and executing new business initiatives within the Axis Future Business team with an accent on commercializing and monetizing service business models and driving cloud platform services. Focus on overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of incubation projects, facilitating communication, and defining new project strategies for pipeline growth.

Location: Primarily onsite in Chelmsford, MA, USA with some flexibility for remote work. Remote candidates must be proximate to an international airport and able to work Eastern Time Zone business hours.

Salary: $140,000–$155,000 OTE annually

What you will do

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of incubation projects aligning with strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders.
  • Define new projects and strategies for the incubation initiative pipeline.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Business Intelligence, Cloud/Connected Services, Data/AI/IOT Platforms.
  • Provide monthly reporting on strategic programs, initiatives, progress, and KPIs to management.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and creative problem-solving within the team.

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to identify roadblocks and improve processes.
  • Flexibility and resilience in working within incubation projects and new business initiatives.
  • Strategic, analytical, detail-oriented, and results-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to build strategic and trusted relationships internally and externally.
  • Exceptional communication, public speaking, presentation, training, and listening skills.
  • 8+ years in program management, business development, or account management.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
