What you will do

• Partner with the Head of Operations to convert vision and priorities into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Lead workforce planning and capacity modeling across ClinOps, aligning headcount to growth and cost targets.
• Drive the adoption of a technology and AI-enabled operating model, identifying automation and system design opportunities.
• Act as a senior connector to drive cross-functional alignment and clarify dependencies across departments.
• Extend leadership reach by preparing decisions, structuring ambiguous problems, and ensuring rigorous follow-up.
• Translate performance signals into insights, risks, and concrete actions, and lead high-impact horizontal initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy, or Consultancy within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated ability to operate credibly with senior leaders and drive alignment across different areas.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect operational decisions to financial outcomes and scalability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with fluency in Looker, SQL, and advanced spreadsheets.
• A systems-thinking mindset with a strong bias for execution, follow-up, and accountability.
• Clear, structured communicator capable of influencing both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
