Location: hirify.global is a fully remote company; however, we can only hire permanent US residents at this time. We do not hire in Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and West Virginia.
Compensation: OTE of $65,000, inclusive of base and commissions.

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, aiming for high retention and upsell goals.
- Run a variety of engagement campaigns to identify challenges, educate customers, and create growth opportunities.
- Conduct demos of the hirify.global platform to showcase new products or add-ons.
- Utilize data analysis to assemble account plans, evaluate business performance, and drive strategy.
- Drive a value-based sales process, uncovering customer needs through deep discovery and customized demonstrations.
- Optimize your sales toolkit to achieve the best possible full sales cycle conversion rate and close ratio.
Requirements
- Minimum 0-3 years in Customer Success Relationship Management or Account Management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of hitting sales quotas.
- Ability to travel occasionally for company meetings, sales team meetings, trade shows, and client visits.
- Must be a permanent US resident.
