What you will do

• Define and own the long-term strategy for internal AI transformation platforms.
• Identify AI opportunities and translate them into scalable platform capabilities.
• Lead discovery processes, design new internal AI platforms, and define user journeys.
• Own product integrations with existing systems and workflow tools.
• Drive the product lifecycle: discovery, specifications, delivery, testing, rollout, and iteration.
• Define KPIs such as automation rate, efficiency gains, and adoption metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management, platform management, or technical business analysis experience.
• Proven understanding and knowledge of AI concepts (LLMs, automation, ML, prompt design).
• Strong systems-thinking and multi-system integration capabilities.
• Strong analytical and KPI-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Demonstrated full ownership across the product lifecycle and platform evolution.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI transformation, workflow automation, or internal developer platforms.
• Background in operations-heavy environments (support, fintech, SaaS).
• Familiarity with APIs, enterprise integration patterns, or automation frameworks.
