What you will do
- Qualify inbound leads and proactively engage outbound prospects to generate interest and build relationships.
- Build, nurture, and oversee a high-quality lead database for seamless sales team handoff.
- Develop and maintain extensive understanding of companies, markets, and industry trends.
- Craft persuasive outreach messages and strategies to engage and convert prospects.
- Collaborate with sales directors, senior leaders, and marketing teams for pipeline generation.
- Continuously enhance lead targeting strategies and seek new opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in a sales function.
- Demonstrates a proactive, go-getter, hunter mentality with self-management skills.
- Strong skills in cold calling, pre-call planning, and time management.
- Skilled in crafting concise, impactful emails and effective communication across various channels.
- Native Japanese and Fluency in English.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environment.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in ad-tech or advertising industry or outreach sales.
- Experience with sales training and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
