What you will do
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop account plans and approach target customers via outbound techniques.
- Transform Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Opportunities by cultivating and educating prospective buyers.
- Nurture leads, discuss products, convey value, and schedule product demonstrations or intro meetings.
- Achieve ambitious quarterly targets and follow up on leads from various sources (web, events, email campaigns).
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects, updating SFDC to reflect current lead status.
- Create opportunities in the CRM system and assign to appropriate sales teams based on MEDIPPIC criteria.
Requirements
- Outbound prospecting/inside sales experience, preferably within Tech / SAAS solutions.
- Over 2 years of experience in this field or a similar role.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and telephone skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines with little supervision.
- Must be legally permitted to work in Japan.
