What you will do

  • Develop long-term visions and strategic plans with key alliance partners in Japan.
  • Support quarterly business reviews and ongoing executive engagements to measure partner performance.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with senior leaders at partners to ensure partnership satisfaction.
  • Execute go-to-market activities including field events, conferences, campaigns, and programs for lead and pipeline development.
  • Collaborate with global teams to align on marketing, sales enablement, and product enhancements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software and IT doing related business development, strategic alliance, and building partner ecosystems.
  • Understanding of cloud and SaaS partnering models, distinct from hardware/software package distribution.
  • Demonstrated vitality to proactively sell to alliance partners' go-to-market teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful quota attainment in a sales and alliances role.
  • Experience conducting business reviews with partner executives to build strategic programs.
  • Fluency in Japanese with business level English is a requirement.
