What you will do

• Acquire new Tax Free merchants, negotiate terms, and conclude contracts.
• Develop the drugstore industry and other specialty retailers.
• Represent the company to merchants until the Tax Free service is launched.
• Collaborate with IT and sales support teams.
• Guide junior account managers to increase merchant satisfaction and sales.
• Record and report activities using Salesforce.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Large Account or Sales Management.
• Experience with solutions for retailers (POS, payment services, IT Service integration) is preferred.
• Preference for candidates with extensive personal networks in the drugstore industry and other retail sectors.
• Written and spoken business Japanese a must.
• General understanding of the sales cycle.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills in Japanese.
