What you will do

• Design and demonstrate hirify.global's AI Agent product, providing technical solutions and answering questions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering teams to drive GTM functions and continuously improve Agents.
• Lead and support customers by understanding their needs and anticipating future requirements for the AI solution.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or customer-facing technical sales.
• Professional fluency in both Japanese and English.
• Experience in demo building, presenting, and working with customers in a Go-To-Market (GTM) function.
• Experience in relationship-building with potential customers, including executives and technical leaders.
• Experience leading sales processes with Enterprise customers.
• Ability to connect business problems with hirify.global’s solutions and explain them to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• AI-related experience or experience in a similarly modern and highly technical industry.
• Experience translating code, technical logic, and user requirements to product and engineering requirements.
