What you will do
- Design and deliver end-to-end Change Management strategies for programmes and projects in alignment with the Change framework.
- Undertake Change Management assessments that inform the people side of change, managing people risks and assessing readiness.
- Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement strategies and plans, managing and communicating effectively with diverse groups.
- Create a persuasive case for change, producing communication and engagement materials for stakeholders.
- Identify education and training requirements and collaborate closely with the Training Team to develop suitable solutions.
- Be the 'go to' person for expertise on how to deliver and manage the people side of change, representing the end user throughout.
Requirements
- Experience of defining and delivering change strategies within a large organisation.
- Experience of delivering behavioural change initiatives to embed new ways of working across broad groups of stakeholders.
- Personal, relatable character, able to build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Ability to work with pace and ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening).
- Good MS Office skills.
Nice to have
- Experience of working with Technology stakeholders or within a Technology environment.
- Background in the retail sector.
- Change qualification (e.g., APMG Change Management or Prosci).
- Project/Programme qualification (e.g., APM/MSP).
