Location: Hybrid: London (UK), Berlin (Germany) or Heidelberg (Germany), with flexibility to work from home 3 days a week.

What you will do
- Maintain an up-to-date strategy roadmap in collaboration with the Director of Data Enablement.
- Run effective steering sessions, ensuring project-level OKRs and planning are in place for teams.
- Define programme-level OKRs, plan and manage work, and communicate roadmaps, progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and empowerment within the programme and advocate for this approach.
- Enable teams to reach decisions quickly, understand dependencies, and ensure success measures are in place for work impact.
- Improve internal processes, including hiring and onboarding, and provide mentoring and guidance to project managers and BAs.
Requirements
- Track record of planning, delivering, and monitoring successful programmes as a Programme Manager, Delivery Lead, or with significant contribution as a Project Manager.
- Demonstrated experience in making substantial improvements to programme, team, or project workflows.
- Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience driving delivery in agile and hybrid environments with a broad understanding of agile methodologies or frameworks.
- Experience mentoring agile Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Scrum Masters, or equivalent.
- Problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience working with platform or enablement teams.
- Understanding of complexity, systems thinking, OKRs, and change management frameworks.
- Knowledge of technical processes and experience with continuous delivery or frequent release cadences.
- Line management experience.
