What you will do
- Lead end-to-end, cross-functional initiatives tied to the company’s highest priorities.
- Quickly develop a working understanding of new business areas to identify critical problems and levers.
- Structure ambiguous problems, identify the critical path, and support ruthless prioritization across the business.
- Drive alignment across teams, remove structural bottlenecks, and move work forward with speed and focus.
- Translate analysis into clear decisions and actions, and ensure results are delivered through execution.
- Work closely with senior leaders on high-criticality topics while also operating hands-on when needed.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving background and experience applying it in real operating environments (e.g., Consulting, Strategy & Ops, scaling in leading tech companies).
- Experience in high-growth or scaling companies and comfort with ambiguity and change.
- Ability to flex easily across strategy, transformation, and operational execution.
- Deep understanding of business models, operating levers, and KPIs to drive better decisions.
- Clear bias toward execution and follow-through, owning critical work without close oversight and being accountable for results.
- High emotional intelligence, capable of building trust and driving change across teams and levels.
- Fluency in English is required, and resume must be submitted in English.
