Location: At hirify.global, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs. Our headquarters are in London and Boston.

What you will do
- Drive end-to-end delivery of complex programs from initial discovery and technical scoping to global rollout and operationalization.
- Act as the strategic glue, ensuring alignment and transparency across Product & Engineering Builders, Customer Care, Finance, and other teams.
- Proactively orchestrate risk and compliance, navigating the high-stakes intersection of fintech security and global travel regulations.
- Continuously refine how critical departments (Finance, Legal, Security) plug into the engineering lifecycle to remove friction.
- Provide high-level visibility into program health, blockers, and trade-offs for leadership across global offices.
Requirements
- 5+ Years of Technical Program Management Experience in high-growth environments within Fintech, TravelTech, or complex B2B SaaS.
- Sufficient technical depth to partner effectively with engineers and architects, including discussions on API integrations, financial ledgers, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience navigating the specific needs of Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure technical builds are "compliant by design."
- Ability to apply systems thinking to understand the "big picture" of a platform and how changes ripple through the ecosystem.
- English is the official language at the office.
