What you will do

  • Consistently achieve sales targets and manage outbound sales activities.
  • Engage key decision-makers via phone, email, and occasional in-person meetings.
  • Present and sell hirify.global’s products through demos to prospective and existing partners.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless partner experience.
  • Provide market trend feedback to improve offerings and engage inbound leads promptly.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Malmo, Gothenburg, or Stockholm, Sweden.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with proven success.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms preferred.
  • Strong relationship building and organizational skills.
