What you will do
- Consistently achieve sales targets and manage outbound sales activities.
- Engage key decision-makers via phone, email, and occasional in-person meetings.
- Present and sell hirify.global’s products through demos to prospective and existing partners.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless partner experience.
- Provide market trend feedback to improve offerings and engage inbound leads promptly.
Requirements
- Must be based in Malmo, Gothenburg, or Stockholm, Sweden.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with proven success.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms preferred.
- Strong relationship building and organizational skills.
