TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Nordics): Generating new client leads and scheduling product demonstrations for a SaaS accounting solution with an accent on outbound prospecting, effective communication, and achieving activity targets. Focus on understanding client problems, identifying key decision-makers, and converting qualified prospects to scheduled demos.

Location: Hybrid in London, England (3 days on-site). Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

  • Develop a strong understanding of client problems and how hirify.global solves them.
  • Create effective prospecting lists using various sources (internet, social media, referrals, inbound leads).
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly activity targets for sales activities, including conversations and qualifying calls.
  • Convert qualified prospects into scheduled demos for Account Executives.
  • Document all activities in sales force automation systems.
  • Communicate effectively with Account Executives, marketing, and sales management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role OR prior accounting/finance experience.
  • Experience with the Nordics market is required.
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to learn new concepts.
  • Eagerness to be coached and a commitment to self-improvement.
  • Team player with a collaborative orientation.
  • Ability to remain organized and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tenacious and committed to exceeding targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competitive, ambitious, and driven, with a self-starter attitude.

Nice to have

  • Cold calling and/or Salesforce experience.
  • Fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Dutch.
