What you will do
- Develop a strong understanding of client problems and how hirify.global solves them.
- Create effective prospecting lists using various sources (internet, social media, referrals, inbound leads).
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly activity targets for sales activities, including conversations and qualifying calls.
- Convert qualified prospects into scheduled demos for Account Executives.
- Document all activities in sales force automation systems.
- Communicate effectively with Account Executives, marketing, and sales management.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role OR prior accounting/finance experience.
- Experience with the Nordics market is required.
- Demonstrated ability and desire to learn new concepts.
- Eagerness to be coached and a commitment to self-improvement.
- Team player with a collaborative orientation.
- Ability to remain organized and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Tenacious and committed to exceeding targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Competitive, ambitious, and driven, with a self-starter attitude.
Nice to have
- Cold calling and/or Salesforce experience.
- Fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Dutch.
