What you will do
- Develop and present compelling business proposals and presentations to existing and potential partners.
- Identify new business development opportunities and contribute to strategies for pipeline growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure retention and high levels of satisfaction.
- Negotiate license and contract renewals, understanding core use cases of hirify.global data, products, and services.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and stakeholder feedback to inform strategies.
- Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting, ensuring accurate input in Dynamics 365.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in renewals and partner retention, sales, or a related field, preferably within the sustainability sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to anticipate partner needs and identify opportunities with a partner-centric mindset.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 (D365) and a disciplined approach to reporting, pipeline, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and one or more local languages.
