- Own the end-to-end retention journey, ensuring relevant, seamless, and rewarding user interactions.

- Continuously improve the user experience through behavioral insights, reducing friction and sharpening communication.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in activation and retention marketing, including lifecycle strategies, churn reduction, and personalized flows.
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams in product, data, marketing, and engineering.
- Strong track record of using AI to personalize, automate, and optimize the user journey.
- A bias for action and a love for measurable impact.
