TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Cybersecurity): Generating qualified leads from inbound and outbound sources and profiling prospective clients with an accent on driving sales and revenue growth in North America. Focus on communicating hirify.global’ value to I/T organizations and maintaining prospect information using sales tools.

Location: Hoboken, NJ - Hybrid Role, 3 Office Days, Flexible Hours! Candidates who reside within 45 miles of one of our offices will follow our hybrid work model.

Salary: $45K - $120K

What you will do

  • Develop a targeted list of prospects and qualify inbound leads.
  • Conduct lead generation activities and provide feedback for process improvement.
  • Communicate hirify.global’ value and offerings to prospects.
  • Partner with assigned SLED Account Executives to develop your territory.
  • Achieve assigned quotas and performance goals.
  • Update and maintain prospect information and sales activities on systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative, preferably in selling cybersecurity services.
  • Proven track record in generating qualified sales leads/ meetings.
  • Strong communication skills via phone, email, and social.
  • Desire to learn and move up within a sales organization.
  • A collaborative spirit and mindset.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Prospecting Automation tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other BDR prospecting tools.
