What you will do
- Hire, oversee, and train a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
- Forecast team performance and drive productivity gains.
- Develop and monitor successful outbound prospecting strategies.
- Facilitate the ramp-up for new team members and coach them to success.
- Cross-collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Talent, and RevOps stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in hi-tech, cycle direct sales.
- Experience scaling SDR teams and leading through transformation.
- Familiarity with SaaS, Cloud, and Cyber/AI concepts.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, SalesLoft/Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn SalesNav.
- Passion for coaching, mentorship, and team management.
- Must work from the Charlotte or Arlington office, USA.
