What you will do

• Hire, oversee, and train Sales Development Representatives.
• Forecast team performance and drive productivity gains.
• Develop and monitor successful outbound prospecting strategies.
• Facilitate ramp-up for all new team members, coaching them to success.
• Cross-collaborate with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Talent, and RevOps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in hi-tech, cycle direct sales.
• Experience scaling SDR teams and leading through transformation from high volume to high quality prospecting tactics.
• Familiarity with SaaS, Cloud, and Cyber/AI concepts.
• Experience with Salesforce, SEPs (SalesLoft/Outreach), ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn SalesNav.
• Passion for coaching, mentorship, team management, and stakeholder partnerships.
