TL;DR

Digital Marketing Manager (B2B, Cybersecurity): Owning and optimizing paid digital channels to drive account engagement and pipeline growth with an accent on modern account-based strategies and maximizing ROAS. Focus on translating campaign visions into high-performing digital strategies, continuous testing, and refining audience strategies to reach the ideal customer profile.

Location: Remote within the continental US. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $85,700–$120,000 USD base salary + bonus eligibility and equity.

What you will do

  • Own and optimize paid digital channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, Reddit, display, retargeting) to drive account engagement and pipeline growth.
  • Translate integrated campaign strategies into powerful paid media tactics that resonate with a security-focused audience.
  • Leverage ABX platforms (6sense) to create sophisticated account-based advertising and deliver personalized experiences.
  • Manage and optimize significant paid media budgets across channels through continuous testing and refinement.
  • Build and refine audience strategies using first-party data, intent signals, and lookalike modeling.
  • Drive measurable pipeline contribution through paid channels with clear attribution and reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B paid digital marketing experience with deep expertise in paid social (especially LinkedIn), display, retargeting, and SEM/PPC.
  • 3+ years of hands-on ABM/ABX experience understanding account journeys, intent data, and multi-touch campaign orchestration.
  • Proven track record managing $500K+ annual paid media budgets with demonstrated ROI and pipeline contribution.
  • Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and 6sense.
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce.com, plus expertise in attribution modeling and conversion tracking.
  • A data-driven mindset, creative thinking, self-motivation, curiosity about cybersecurity, and enthusiasm for continuous optimization.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
