TL;DR

Senior Paid Advertising Strategist: Leading and optimizing high-impact, cross-channel advertising campaigns for B2B brands with an accent on multi-platform strategy, ABM architecture, and data analysis. Focus on solving complex challenges, turning insights into action, and shaping scalable advertising solutions.

Location: Remote, hybrid, or in-office work arrangements based out of our Burlington, VT headquarters. Team members are expected to work standard business hours aligned to Eastern Time.

What you will do

  • Lead development of advertising strategy across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Bing.
  • Translate business objectives into multi-channel paid media plans and implement effective targeting.
  • Drive ABM campaign architecture using platforms such as 6Sense and RollWorks.
  • Conduct keyword research, refine ad copy, and collaborate on landing page optimization.
  • Analyze results using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other reporting tools to drive recommendations.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to integrate advertising into holistic marketing and revenue strategies.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in digital advertising strategy and execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display), LinkedIn, Meta, and Bing Ads.
  • Experience with ABM platforms like 6Sense and RollWorks.
  • Strong analytical skills with deep experience in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and reporting frameworks.
  • Proficiency with UTM strategy, A/B testing, and campaign tracking in Google Tag Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
